SeaDream Yacht Club announced that on April 14 it will switch to euro pricing for bookings on the European continent and in Scandinavia. U.S. dollar pricing and the new euro pricing additions can be found at www.seadream.com. Pricing in North America, South America, Australia and Asia will continue to be charged and payable in U.S. dollars. SeaDream, which does a “robust” full-yacht charter business already quotes pricing in euros for European and Scandinavian charters. Elsewhere its charter business is done in U.S. dollars.

Larry Pimentel, SeaDream’s president and CEO, said the change is “a matter of convenience for our European guests who now are approximately 16 percent of our total around-the-world business and growing. It simply makes sense for us to be more user-friendly to these guests and to avoid the necessity of constant currency conversion.”
