The ships offer children’s menus that include Italian favorites like pasta and pizza, along with hamburgers, hot dogs, pastries and desserts. For families who want to share a shore excursion, MSC Cruises also offers a 30 percent discount for children under age 14. Cruise-only rates begin at $449 per person, double occupancy, for a seven-night Caribbean cruise and $599 per person, double occupancy for a seven-night cruise in Europe.
